We are seeking a reliable and high-precision Accountant to anchor the financial operations of our upcoming store in Garki, Abuja. In the dynamic retail sector, success is defined by "Transaction Integrity", the ability to harmonize high-velocity daily sales with rigorous expense tracking and documentation. This role is designed for a "Fiscal Architect" who can blend "Meticulous Bookkeeping" with the "Analytical Discipline" required to provide management with clear, high-fidelity financial reports.

Requirements:

1. Daily Sales & Revenue Governance

• Transaction Tracking: Record and reconcile daily sales with millimetric precision, ensuring all cash, POS, and transfer payments are accounted for.

• Revenue Integrity: Monitor sales trends and report any discrepancies between inventory movement and financial receipts to management immediately.

• Bookkeeping Mastery: Maintain a clean and organized general ledger, ensuring every kobo is categorized and recorded correctly.

2. Expense Management & Cost Control

• Disbursement Oversight: Track and record all store-level expenses, ensuring that every outflow is backed by valid documentation and approval.

• Inventory Liaison: Work closely with store staff to align financial records with stock levels, supporting a "Zero-Loss" operational environment.

• Documentation Stewardship: Ensure all receipts, invoices, and vouchers are filed systematically for easy retrieval during audits.

3. Reporting & Strategic Support

• Insight Engineering: Prepare periodic financial reports (weekly/monthly) that provide management with a clear snapshot of the store's profitability.

• Cash Flow Monitoring: Track the store's liquid position to ensure that operational needs are met without disruption.

• Fiscal Compliance: Ensure all financial activities within the Garki store align with company policies and local regulatory standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: OND / HND / B.Sc. in Accounting or a related field.

• Skillset: Practical knowledge of bookkeeping principles and financial record-keeping.
