We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Accountant to anchor the financial engine of our hospitality operations in Edda LGA. In a specialized commercial landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the reconciliation and the precision of the balance sheet success is defined by "Fiscal Sovereignty" the ability to harmonize daily hospitality transactions with the clinical precision required for P&L Management, Cash Flow Analytics, and Strategic Financial Planning. This role is designed for a "Financial Architect" specifically a graduate professional with at least 1 year of experience who can blend "Analytical Grit" (maintaining accurate accounting records in a fast-paced setting) with the "Strategic Agility" required to execute Budgeting and Forecasting.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Transaction Governance

• Sovereignty of the Ledger: Manage daily financial transactions with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Transactional Accuracy."

• Reporting Architecture: Prepare high-fidelity P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports, providing the "Structural Foundation" for management oversight.

• Integrity Stewardship: Ensure the confidentiality and accuracy of all financial data, ensuring the "Source of Institutional Trust" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Reconciliatory Logic

• Reconciliation Sovereignty: Monitor and anchor bank statements and vendor invoices, acting as the primary "Source of Financial Balance."

• Planning Architecture: Support budgeting and forecasting processes to align with organizational growth, providing the "Functional Foundation" for future expansion.

• Compliance Stewardship: Maintain strict adherence to accounting standards and regulations, maintaining the "Source of Regulatory Safety."

3. Operational Integrity & Decision Power

• Insight Sovereignty: Collaborate with management to provide performance insights, acting as the primary "Source of Decision-Support Intelligence."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: HND or BSc in Accounting or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of core experience as an Accountant.

• Technical Power: Strong computer and digital proficiency (Accounting software knowledge is a plus).

• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with a high attention to detail.
