Job Description:
- The Accounts Payable Officer will manage vendor payments, maintain accurate Account Payable records, and support the finance team. This role requires outstanding organisational skills.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
- Must have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
- Must be a Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CPA, ICAN or equivalent).
- Strong experience in Vendor Management including relationship handling and problem resolution.
- Strong understanding of the Nigerian tax and regulatory requirements relating to Account Payable.
- Knowledge of SAP and advanced Microsoft Excel skills for reporting.
