We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- Timely processing of vendor payments and accurate invoicing of customers to ensure effective cash flow management.
- Perform regular reconciliation of bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger entries and financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.
- Track company expenses and ensure proper documentation and approvals in line with budget.
- Support statutory filings (e.g., VAT, PAYE, WHT), and maintain proper financial documentation for audit purposes.
- Reconcile inventory and fixed assets with accounting records periodically.
- Provide required documents and schedules during internal and external audits.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3 – 5years of relevant work experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks,ERP platforms) and Microsoft Excel.
- Attention to detail, integrity, and ability to meet deadlines.
