We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our team.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in accounting principles and be responsible for supporting daily financial operations, including preparing bank reconciliation statements, managing accounts payable/receivable, and maintaining financial records.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze bank reconciliation statements on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Process and track invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
• Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal teams to resolve billing and payment issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting regulations.
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned by the Finance Manager

Requirements:

• First Degree in Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar).
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
