Job Description:

• This exciting role presents an opportunity to contribute to a cutting-edge project that is revolutionizing the solar energy industry.
• As a 3D Residential Roof Modeler, you will be instrumental in creating accurate and detailed 3D models of residential rooftops using the client's proprietary software.
• These 3D models are crucial for simplifying solar panel installation for solar power companies across the United States and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently create 3D models of residential buildings from 2D map imagery using the client's proprietary software.
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all 3D models, adhering to strict quality control standards.
• Work collaboratively within a fast-paced team environment to meet project deadlines and production targets.
• Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the client's software and its functionalities.
• Continuously improve modeling techniques and workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Identify and troubleshoot any modeling issues or challenges that may arise.
• Maintain a strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work performed.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to 3D modeling and solar energy.
• Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of architectural principles and building construction methods.
• Proven experience with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) is essential.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.
