We are offering ambitious graduates the opportunity to join our 2025 Graduate Trainee Technical Engineers Knowledge Transfer Programme. This immersive 18-month programme is designed to equip you with the technical skills, hands-on experience, and industry knowledge needed to thrive in cement manufacturing and operations.

You will be exposed to multiple plant locations, mentored by highly skilled professionals, and empowered to contribute meaningfully to our growth as a global business.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in structured learning, technical training, and mentorship sessions.

  • Engage in job shadowing and cross-training across different departments.

  • Conduct research, data analysis, and report writing to support projects.

  • Collaborate with technical teams to solve real-world engineering challenges.

  • Contribute fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to drive operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • NYSC: Must have completed by October 2025.

  • Age: Not above 28 years by October 31, 2025.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a dynamic work environment.

  • Passion for excellence and continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Technical (Core): First Degree/Higher Diploma in Chemical, Production, Mining Engineering; Geological Sciences; Laboratory Sciences; Biochemistry.

  • Technical Support: First Degree/Higher Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Power Engineering.

  • Minimum of Second-Class Lower (BSc) or Upper Credit (HND).

  • Must have graduated between 2022 and 2024.
