This role is designed for a "Commercial Architect", specifically a professional with at least 10 years of experience and CIBN certification who can blend "Strategic Grit" (executing zonal business strategies and managing complex credit exposures) with the "Leadership Agility" required to coach a high-performing team of Relationship Managers.
Requirements:
1. Orchestration & Sector Governance
Market Sovereignty: Develop and execute zonal strategies for the Oil & Gas portfolio with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Sector Growth."
Product Architecture: Coordinate cross-selling across Treasury, Trade Finance, and Digital Banking, providing the "Structural Foundation" for holistic client value.
Integrity Stewardship: Ensure strict adherence to the Bank’s credit and compliance policies, ensuring the "Source of Asset Quality" is elite and uncompromised.
2. Tactical Resilience & Performance Logic
Sales Sovereignty: Drive performance and target achievement across the zone, acting as the primary "Source of Revenue Velocity."
Relationship Architecture: Build and maintain strong ties with key decision-makers in energy and ancillary services, providing the "Functional Foundation" for market penetration.
Risk Stewardship: Monitor sector-related exposures and collaborate with Risk Management to mitigate threats, maintaining the "Source of Portfolio Resilience."
3. Operational Integrity & Leadership Power
Talent Sovereignty: Lead, coach, and develop Relationship Managers and Business Development Managers, acting as the primary "Source of Capability Building."
Financial Architecture: Monitor zonal P&L and balance sheet performance against budget, providing the "Relational Foundation" for zonal profitability.
Velocity Logic: Utilize 10+ years of Corporate Banking expertise to accelerate the "Acquisition-to-Booking" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Zonal Throughput."
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Minimum of a First Degree in any discipline.
Certification: CIBN professional certification is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of cognate experience (strong exposure to Oil & Gas or Corporate Banking).
Technical Power: Proven experience in Sales Leadership, Revenue Generation, and Risk Assessment.
