Job Description:

• We are currently seeking a competent, organized, and result-driven professional to serve as Zonal Manager for our Kubwa & Dutse Office operations.
• The successful candidate will oversee daily administrative, operational, and environmental management activities within the zone and ensure smooth coordination of all office and field operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate waste management and other environmental/public health activities within the zone
• Supervise office operations and ensure efficient workflow
• Manage office documents, records, and resources effectively
• Oversee the maintenance and proper use of all office vehicles
• Ensure smooth and timely dispatch of notices and field operations
• Coordinate field officers and monitor operational performance
• Prepare reports and attend weekly operational review meetings

Requirements:

• Minimum of HND/BSc in Administration, Environmental Management, Public Health, or related field
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to coordinate teams and manage operations effectively
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Prior management or field operations experience is an added advantage

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekly review meetings every Saturday.
