Job Description:

We are looking for a dual-threat digital professional who can build our digital infrastructure and amplify our brand voice. This is a unique role for someone who is as comfortable writing clean code as they are crafting viral social media content. You will be responsible for the "front end" of our business maintaining our online hub (the website) and managing our digital conversation (social media) to ensure we are visible, accessible, and engaging to our target audience.

Requirements:

• Web Development & Maintenance:

  • Design, develop, and optimize our website for speed, security, and mobile responsiveness.

  • Implement SEO best practices to drive organic traffic.

  • Manage hosting, domain configurations, backups, and site security.

  • Integrate APIs, payment gateways, and forms to streamline user functionality.

• Social Media & Brand Growth:

  • Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and TikTok.

  • Create high-quality, engaging visual and written content that aligns with our brand identity.

  • Plan and manage paid social media advertising campaigns.

  • Act as the voice of the brand, responding to inquiries and fostering community engagement.

• Performance & Analysis:

  • Regularly monitor and report on website performance (via analytics tools) and social media ROI.

  • Track industry trends and competitor activity to keep us ahead of the curve.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to align digital efforts with business goals and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: HND or B.Sc. in Computer Science, IT, Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in both web development and social media management. Candidates must provide a portfolio of websites and campaigns managed.

• Technical Toolkit:

  • Web: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and WordPress. Basic knowledge of PHP and hosting management.

  • Design: Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or equivalent creative tools.

  • SEO & Analytics: Strong understanding of search engine optimization and social media analytics.
