Job Description:

We are seeking a high-caliber Wealth Manager to spearhead our investor relations and deposit mobilization efforts. You will serve as the strategic bridge between our institution and the investment community, tasked with acquiring high-net-worth individuals, institutional partners, and private equity stakeholders. Requirements:

• Investor Acquisition & Deposit Mobilization: Actively pursue and close new investment opportunities. Leverage industry networks, conferences, and cold-outreach to meet aggressive deposit mobilization targets.

• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Brand Marketing and Communications team to build and refine our value proposition, ensuring our outreach resonates with target investor segments.

• Proposal Development: Create high-impact investment proposals, pitch decks, and presentations. Use data-driven market research to tailor your pitch to the unique risk appetites and goals of different investor profiles.

• Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of institutional clients and HNWIs. Provide proactive updates, address inquiries, and ensure their investment objectives remain aligned with our strategic offerings.

• Communication Strategy: Design and execute a comprehensive IR (Investor Relations) strategy, including newsletters, annual reports, and scheduled investor briefings.

• Executive Presence: Lead conference calls, board-level presentations, and investor meetings, confidently articulating our financial performance and future growth prospects.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Proven track record in wealth management, asset management, or fintech investment roles.

• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Nigerian financial sector, investment instruments, and regulatory environments.

• Skills:

  • Financial Literacy: Strong ability to analyze market trends and interpret financial statements.

  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify complex investment strategies.

  • Networking: An existing network of HNWIs or institutional investors is highly advantageous.

• Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, persistent, and highly organized with a professional demeanor suitable for dealing with senior-level stakeholders.
