Job Description:

We are seeking a strategic and high-performing Wealth Manager to drive growth within our Financial Institutions Department. In this role, you will focus on expanding assets and liabilities, specifically within the Insurance and Pension Fund sectors. You will be responsible for nurturing high-level relationships, acquiring new high-net-worth (HNI) clients, and delivering tailored financial solutions that deepen our market share.

Requirements:

• Portfolio Growth: Strategically increase the bank’s assets and liabilities, with a primary focus on the Insurance and Pension Fund industries.

• Business Development: Proactively identify and acquire new business opportunities within target markets to expand the bank's books.

• Relationship Management: Deepen engagement with existing corporate and HNI clients to ensure long-term loyalty and account growth.

• Customer Experience: Develop and implement retention strategies, promptly addressing complaints and managing all unit-related correspondence.

• Strategic Appraisal: Regularly evaluate unit performance and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement to Department and Divisional Heads.

• Advisory & Support: Act as a trusted financial partner, performing specialized duties as assigned by the Head of Financial Institutions & Wealth Management.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. A Master’s degree in a relevant field is a strong advantage.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a Tier 1 Bank, specifically in a market-facing role within financial institutions. Experience in non-bank financial institutions is a plus.

• Certifications: Professional qualifications such as ACCA, ICAN, CIIN, CITN, or CFA—along with SEC Certification—are highly desirable.

• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of credit portfolio quality, deposit growth, and financial reporting.
