Job Description:

CredPal is seeking a strategic and results-driven Mid-Senior Wealth Manager to lead its wealth and investment initiatives. The position will focus primarily on deposit mobilization, driving customer acquisition and retention, and strengthening relationships with high-value clients to expand the company’s investment portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess strong financial expertise combined with exceptional leadership skills to scale CredPal’s wealth products and achieve sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Deposit Mobilization: Lead aggressive deposit mobilization efforts targeting retail, SME, and institutional clients to support CredPal’s lending and investment operations.

• Product Strategy: Oversee the optimization and enhancement of wealth management and investment product offerings.

• Client Acquisition & Retention: Develop and implement strategies to attract new high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors while deepening and maintaining existing relationships.

• Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong connections with clients, financial institutions, and strategic partners.

• Market Research: Track financial market trends and competitor activities to position CredPal’s wealth solutions effectively.

• Risk Management: Ensure all wealth and investment operations comply with regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies.

• Revenue Growth: Design and execute strategies to increase assets under management (AUM) and grow recurring investment income.

• Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators, analyze results, and provide regular reports to senior leadership.

• Collaboration: Partner with marketing, credit, and product teams to ensure wealth solutions meet client needs and align with CredPal’s strategic objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field (MBA or relevant professional certification such as CFA is a plus).
• Minimum 3 years experience in wealth management, deposit mobilization, investment banking, or high-value client relationship management.
• Proven track record in achieving deposit mobilization and investment portfolio growth targets.
• Strong understanding of investment products, wealth advisory, and financial markets.
• Excellent leadership and people management skills.
• Strong negotiation, networking, and client relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and financial analytics software.
• High ethical standards and commitment to compliance and fiduciary responsibilities.
