Job Description:

Invest Trust Asset Management Limited, a subsidiary of Commerce Alliance Holdings, is seeking a high-performing Wealth Manager to spearhead the growth of our investment portfolio. In this role, you will be the primary engine for attracting and managing high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and institutional clients. You will provide sophisticated, tailored investment solutions across asset management, real estate, and digital offerings, ensuring our clients receive a world-class advisory experience.

The ideal candidate is a proactive relationship builder with a deep network in the Nigerian financial space and a proven track record of growing Assets Under Management (AUM) in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

Client Acquisition & AUM Growth

• Business Development: Proactively identify, acquire, and onboard HNWIs and institutional investors to expand our client base.

• Portfolio Expansion: Drive the consistent growth of Assets Under Management (AUM) across our diverse suite of investment products.

• Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed targets related to client acquisition, retention, and overall portfolio revenue growth.

Investment Advisory & Solutions

• Tailored Strategies: Design and deliver customized investment solutions encompassing asset management, real estate opportunities, and digital financial products.

• Market Expertise: Provide high-quality financial advice based on a solid understanding of current financial markets and emerging investment trends.

• Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term, high-trust relationships to ensure client satisfaction and long-term loyalty.

Strategic Impact

• Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong, active pipeline of qualified investors through networking and strategic outreach.

• Advisory Excellence: Deliver a premium advisory experience that differentiates Invest Trust in a competitive market.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: BA/BSc/HND in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Experience:

  • 4–8 years of experience in wealth management, asset management, or financial advisory.

  • A demonstrated track record of managing and growing investment portfolios.

• Network: An established and strong network of HNWIs or corporate clients in Abuja, Lagos, or beyond.

• Market Knowledge: Solid understanding of global and local financial markets, investment products, and real estate assets.

• Core Competencies:

  • Relationship Focus: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage elite clients.
