Behind every successful event, brand activation, and experiential campaign, there is a logistics professional ensuring that equipment and assets arrive exactly where they need to be, when they need to be, and in perfect condition. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Officer to join our growing experiential marketing team. Requirements:

• Inventory Management: Oversee all warehouse operations, ensuring assets are properly stored, categorized, and maintained.

• Asset Tracking: Maintain rigorous accountability for event assets and equipment from the warehouse to the event site and back.

• Transportation Coordination: Manage all delivery and pickup schedules, ensuring seamless transportation logistics for every project.

• Reconciliation: Conduct periodic stock counts and audits to ensure records match physical inventory with 100% accuracy.

• Event Support: Collaborate with the operations team to plan and execute logistics strategies for upcoming activations.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience: Proven experience in warehouse management, logistics, inventory, or supply chain operations.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is expected; experience with dedicated inventory management software is a significant advantage.

• Core Competencies:

  • Exceptional organizational and record-keeping abilities.

  • Ability to perform under pressure and meet the tight, unforgiving deadlines of the events industry.

  • Sharp attention to detail.

• Industry Edge: Experience in events, experiential marketing, or FMCG environments is highly valued.
