Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Waiters and Waitresses to join our dynamic restaurant team. If you are a fun-loving professional with a passion for excellent customer service and creating memorable dining experiences, we want to hear from you. You will play a key role in ensuring our guests enjoy high-quality service from the moment they arrive until they leave.

Requirements:

• Guest Engagement: Warmly welcome guests, manage seating, and accurately take food and beverage orders.

• Service Excellence: Maintain attentive service throughout the meal, anticipating guest needs to ensure a superior dining experience.

• Order Coordination: Efficiently deliver food from the kitchen to guests, ensuring all orders are prepared correctly and presented to our high standards.

• Food Safety: Strictly adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards regarding food handling and preparation.

• Operational Support: Maintain a clean and organized dining environment by clearing tables, removing debris, restocking service stations (including racks of cups), and performing side duties like rolling silverware.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: OND, HND, or BSc in any discipline.

• Professionalism: A neat, well-groomed, and professional appearance.

• Communication: Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Customer Focus: Strong ability to build positive relationships with guests and handle customer inquiries with patience and a smile.

• Work Ethic: A proactive, reliable, and team-oriented mindset.
