Job Description:

Thrive Green Media is seeking a digital-native, creative, and high-impact Visual Content Creator to join our team in Lagos. This role is designed specifically for a serving Corps Member (NYSC) who lives and breathes visual storytelling. You won't just be "making posts"; you will be the architect of our brand's aesthetic, combining graphic design with high-energy short-form video (Reels/TikToks) to drive audience engagement. If you have a "content-first" mindset and know how to turn a trending sound into a brand win, we want you in our creative room.

Requirements:

1. Short-Form Video & Storytelling

• Viral Content Production: Script, shoot, and edit high-impact short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, CapCut edits) that align with current digital trends.

• Behind-the-Scenes (BTS): Capture the "pulse" of our agency by documenting in-office engagement, team culture, and live brand activations.

• Repurposing: Transform long-form sessions and webinars into punchy, multi-platform visual clips that maximize content reach.

2. Visual Design & Brand Identity

• Asset Creation: Design high-impact graphics for social media campaigns, internal promotions, and client decks using Canva or the Adobe Suite.

• Brand Guarding: Maintain strict consistency in typography, color palettes, and aesthetics across all creative outputs to ensure brand authority.

• Creative Direction: Contribute "big ideas" and mood boards for upcoming brand launches and media sessions.

3. Collaboration & Execution

• Strategic Alignment: Work closely with the Marketing Manager to ensure all content supports broader business objectives and hits strict deadlines.

• Event Coverage: Serve as the visual eyes for live events, capturing high-quality stills and clips for real-time social media updates.

Qualifications and Skills:

Eligibility

• Service Status: Must be a currently serving Corps Member (NYSC) in Lagos.

• Location: Proximity to the office/workplace is essential for capturing in-office content.

Technical Skills

• Design Toolkit: Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.

• Video Editing: Mastery of mobile and desktop apps like CapCut, InShot, or Premiere Pro.

• Trend Awareness: Ability to identify emerging social media trends and adapt them for a professional brand environment.
