We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Visa Advisory Officer to anchor our travel engine in Lagos. In the high-stakes world of international mobility, success is defined by "Mobility Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize complex visa regulations with the clinical precision required for documentation, embassy liaison, and application fidelity. This role is designed for a "Compliance Architect" with a BA/BSc/HND and 2 years of experience who can blend "Procedural Grit" (handling UK, USA, Canada, and Schengen applications) with the "Diplomatic Agility" required to guide clients through the labyrinth of global immigration requirements.

Requirements:

1. Documentation Orchestration & Compliance Governance

• Application Sovereignty: Handle visa applications for high-value jurisdictions (UK, Canada, USA, Schengen), ensuring every submission acts as a "Source of Accuracy."

• Guidance Architecture: Counsel clients on specific documentation requirements with clinical precision, acting as the primary "Source of Clarity" for complex immigration pathways.

• Filing Stewardship: Prepare and submit applications correctly and on time, maintaining the "Economic Velocity" of the client's travel timeline.

2. Diplomatic Resilience & Liaison Logic

• Embassy Sovereignty: Communicate with embassies and related diplomatic offices with professional poise, acting as the "Source of Resolution" for inquiry follow-ups and biometric scheduling.

• Jurisdictional Architecture: Maintain an expert-level "Source of Knowledge" regarding the specific nuances of US (DS-160), UK (Standard Visitor/Student), and Canadian (IRCC) portals.

• Risk Logic: Identify potential documentation gaps before submission, providing the "Analytical Foundation" to mitigate the risk of avoidable visa refusals.

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile
