Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and highly skilled Videographer to join our marketing team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, shooting, and editing compelling video content that supports QMB's multi-business ecosystem, including the hypermart, restaurants, club, spa, salon, laundromat, apartments, and events.

This role works closely with the social media team and brand leads to ensure consistent storytelling, promotional content, and brand-aligned visuals.

Responsibilities

• Film and edit high-quality video content for all QMB businesses (e.g., product features, events, walkthroughs, behind-the-scenes).
• Collaborate with social media and marketing teams to plan content calendars and campaign visuals.
• Capture live events (e.g., Friday club nights, events, apartment tours, chef features, product promos).
• Maintain an organized video archive and ensure proper labeling and versioning.
• Suggest innovative formats (e.g., reels, IG/YouTube shorts, documentaries).
• Manage lighting, sound, and basic production setups.
• Optimize videos for different platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, website).

Requirements:

• 2+ years of videography and editing experience (lifestyle/retail/hospitality preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve
• Working knowledge of motion graphics (After Effects is a plus)
• Portfolio showcasing storytelling, editing, and brand-focused videos
• Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube content trends
• A team-first attitude with strong communication skills.
