Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer / Content Creator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing properties to life by crafting compelling visual stories that highlight the unique value, lifestyle appeal, and location benefits of our real estate developments. You will play a key role in driving brand engagement and attracting prospective buyers through high-quality digital content.
Requirements:
Production: Shoot and produce high-quality property videos, immersive walkthroughs, and promotional materials.
Aerial Content: Capture professional aerial (drone) footage to showcase the scale and surroundings of our estates, land, and ongoing developments.
Social Media Strategy: Create engaging, trend-focused content tailored for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube to maximize reach and buyer interest.
Post-Production: Execute professional video editing, including seamless cuts, transitions, color grading, captioning, and audio/music integration.
Content Ideation: Brainstorm and develop innovative content concepts that emphasize property value and lifestyle benefits.
Field Coverage: Attend site events, property inspections, and client allocation ceremonies to capture real-time content.
Media Management: Maintain an organized library of media assets, ensuring easy access to photos and reels for marketing use.
Qualifications and Skills:
Portfolio: A strong, demonstrated portfolio featuring real estate or lifestyle content is essential.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.
Drone Operation: Proficiency in operating drones; prior experience or formal licensing is a significant advantage.
Creative Storytelling: An eye for detail and the ability to transform land and physical spaces into attractive, marketable narratives.
Market Insight: A solid understanding of current social media trends, algorithms, and digital marketing principles.
Field Readiness: Flexibility to work on-site at various estate locations for inspections and event coverage.
