Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and technically skilled Videographer to join our team in Lagos. You will be responsible for capturing and editing high-quality video content that tells our brand story, engages our audience, and showcases our work. Whether you are filming on-site events, producing professional promotional clips, or crafting engaging social media content, we need someone with a sharp eye for visual storytelling and a strong grasp of post-production. If you are a visual artist who understands how to blend artistic vision with technical precision, we want to see your portfolio.

Requirements:

• Video Production: Lead the end-to-end production process, including conceptualization, lighting, sound capture, and filming of high-quality video content.

• Post-Production: Execute professional editing, color grading, and sound design to deliver polished final products that meet our brand guidelines.

• Content Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop compelling video concepts for various platforms (social media, website, internal presentations).

• Asset Management: Organize and maintain a clean library of raw and finished video assets, ensuring easy accessibility and secure storage.

• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment are properly maintained, organized, and ready for shoots.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education & Experience: Relevant qualifications in Film, Video Production, or a related field, combined with a strong, demonstrable portfolio of previous work.

• Technical Proficiency:

  • Filming: Mastery of DSLR/Mirrorless cinema cameras, lighting techniques, and professional audio recording.

  • Editing: Advanced proficiency in industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
