Job Description:

We are seeking a young creative professional who is both a video content creator and an agile social media manager. You’ll be the voice and lens of Fadaka online, creating irresistible content, managing platforms, and growing our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, shoot, edit, and produce high-quality media content for productions, campaigns, and events.

• Manage Fadaka’s social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) with engaging, consistent content.

• Develop creative strategies to increase engagement, followers, and brand visibility.

• Collaborate with the team to amplify productions, programs, and festivals through digital storytelling.

• Monitor trends, analytics, and audience insights to optimize performance.

• Manage content calendars and ensure timely posting.

Requirements:

• Video production and editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar).

• Proven experience in managing social media platforms for brands or organizations.

• Ability to create engaging short-form, reels and long-form video content.

• A good eye for design, aesthetics, and storytelling.

• Familiarity with social media analytics and growth strategies.

• Creative, organized, and able to work independently and in teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience with live streaming and event coverage.

• Photography skills.

• Graphic design ability (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrato
