Job Description:

We are seeking a highly creative and technically proficient Video Editor to join our team. You will be the storyteller behind our brand’s visual identity, taking raw footage and transforming it into polished, professional-grade content that resonates across social media, the web, and beyond. This is a role for a visual artist who masters the details color, sound, motion, and composition while maintaining the organizational discipline required to manage high-volume, multi-platform projects under tight deadlines.

Requirements:

• End-to-End Post-Production: Take full ownership of the editing process, from initial assembly to final color correction, sound design, and motion graphics.

• Creative Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team to translate concepts into reality, providing input on storyboards, shot lists, and visual styles to ensure brand alignment.

• Project Management: Juggle multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring every deliverable meets our rigorous quality standards and is optimized for the specific technical requirements of different platforms.

• Innovation & Best Practices: Actively stay ahead of industry trends and evolving tools. Help establish and refine our internal post-production workflows for maximum efficiency and creative impact.

• Technical Integrity: Manage project assets and archives meticulously. Troubleshoot technical challenges (codecs, formats, output specifications) to ensure smooth delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Media Arts, Digital Media, Communications, or equivalent professional experience.

• Experience: Minimum of 4+ years of professional video editing experience with a portfolio that demonstrates technical range and creative storytelling.

• Technical Proficiency: Expert-level command of Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
