Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and structurally elite Video Editor to anchor the content engine of our creative team. In a specialized digital landscape where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the scroll and the precision of the visual hook success is defined by "Visual Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize raw footage with the clinical precision required for Color Grading, Motion Graphics, and Platform-Specific Engineering. This role is designed for a "Narrative Architect", specifically a professional with an OND/HND or BSc and at least 2 years of experience who can blend "Technical Grit" (mastering Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects) with the "Creative Agility" required to deliver compelling storytelling across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

1. Orchestration & Narrative Governance

• Storytelling Sovereignty: Edit raw footage into high-quality content with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Visual Engagement."

• Aesthetic Architecture: Add effects, transitions, and graphics to enhance quality, providing the "Structural Foundation" for elite brand perception.

• Integrity Stewardship: Ensure all outputs align with brand messaging and visual guidelines, ensuring the "Source of Brand Consistency" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Technical Logic

• Platform Sovereignty: Optimize video formats and codecs for diverse platforms (TikTok, YouTube, etc.), acting as the primary "Source of Reach and Performance."

• Post-Production Architecture: Manage color grading, sound design, and music synchronization, providing the "Functional Foundation" for cinematic-quality marketing content.

• Review Stewardship: Conduct rigorous quality checks on final outputs, maintaining the "Source of Technical Accuracy."

3. Operational Integrity & Systems Power

• Software Sovereignty: Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro to manage the editing ecosystem, acting as the primary "Source of Digital Agility."

• Collaborative Architecture: Work closely with content and marketing teams to translate project requirements, providing the "Relational Foundation" for creative alignment.

• Velocity Logic: Utilize 2+ years of professional editing experience to accelerate the "Footage-to-Final" cycle, maximizing the "Source of Content Throughput."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: OND / HND / BSc in a relevant field.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a Video Editor.
