Job Description:

We are seeking a high-velocity and strategically elite Veterinary Doctor to anchor the production engine of our Ogun State Poultry Facility. In the intensive livestock sector, success is defined by "Bio-Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize large-scale flock welfare with the clinical precision required for Biosecurity Enforcement, vaccination architecture, and workforce productivity. This role is designed for a "Biological Architect" with a DVM (or equivalent) who can blend "Clinical Grit" (diagnosing and investigating outbreaks) with the "Leadership Agility" required to manage a 200+ poultry production staff.

Requirements:

1. Health Orchestration & Clinical Governance

• Diagnostic Sovereignty: Monitor and manage the overall health of poultry flocks, ensuring every diagnosis acts as a "Source of Immediate Clinical Resolution."

• Immunization Architecture: Develop and implement effective vaccination and medication programs, providing the "Biological Foundation" for flock immunity.

• Containment Stewardship: Investigate and manage disease outbreaks with millimetric focus, maintaining the "Source of Biosecurity Integrity" through strict containment measures.

2. Operational Resilience & Workforce Logic

• Supervision Sovereignty: Manage and coordinate a large workforce of 200+ production staff, acting as the primary "Source of Field Productivity."

• Biosecurity Architecture: Enforce rigorous protocols across the farm, ensuring "Zero-Friction" in the prevention of cross-contamination and outbreaks.

• Training Stewardship: Supervise and train staff on health and welfare practices, maintaining the "Source of Human Capital Excellence."

3. Data Integrity & Performance Power

• Analytical Sovereignty: Utilize data management systems to track performance and analyze trends, acting as the "Source of Evidence-Based Decision Making."

• Nutritional Architecture: Provide expert guidance on feeding programs and flock management to optimize the "Source of Feed Conversion Efficiency."

• Compliance Logic: Maintain accurate veterinary records and ensure adherence to drug withdrawal periods, utilizing DVM-level expertise to optimize the "Source of Regulatory Security."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: DVM (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine) or equivalent degree in Veterinary Science.

• Experience: Proven experience in Poultry Production and large-scale farm management.

• Leadership Focus: Demonstrated ability to manage a workforce of 200+ employees in a high-pressure environment.
