Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable and result-oriented Van Sales Representative to join our commercial team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving company vans to assigned routes, selling products directly to retail or wholesale customers, managing route operations, and ensuring the accurate collection and reporting of sales data.
Requirements:
Sales & Distribution: Drive company vans to designated routes and customer locations to sell and distribute products directly to clients.
Relationship Management: Build, cultivate, and maintain strong, positive relationships with existing and new customers along the route.
Financial Accountability: Collect payments for sales, ensure proper cash/pos handling, and submit accurate sales and financial records.
Vehicle Maintenance: Take responsibility for the proper handling, cleanliness, and basic routine maintenance of the assigned company vehicle.
Reporting: Compile and provide detailed daily and weekly sales performance and activity reports to the City Head.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Minimum qualification of an Ordinary National Diploma (OND).
Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in field sales, route sales, or general merchandising.
Licensing: Must possess a valid Driver’s License (Mandatory).
Technical Skill: Proven ability to drive a manual vehicle proficiently (Non-negotiable).
Locality: Candidates must reside within the specified location/route area.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and numeracy skills.
Salary
