Job Description:
We are seeking a data-driven Valuation and Growth Manager to join our dynamic advisory team in Lagos. Requirements:
Investment Advisory & Analysis
Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-market research to identify high-potential investment opportunities in the residential, commercial, and mixed-use sectors across Lagos and emerging business hubs.
Strategic Consulting: Advise clients on tailored investment strategies, aligning property selections with their specific financial goals and risk tolerance.
Valuation & Modeling: Prepare clear, persuasive reports and presentations that utilize data-driven insights to justify investment recommendations.
Sales & Business Development
Deal Execution: Use proven sales techniques to engage prospects, present complex investment options, and effectively close high-value deals.
Relationship Stewardship: Act as a strategic partner to existing clients, ensuring their portfolios continue to deliver value and identifying opportunities for further investment.
Pipeline Management: Monitor personal sales performance and track the deal pipeline, providing regular reports on investment outcomes and revenue growth.
Strategy & Collaboration
Innovative Solutions: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop new investment products and explore cross-selling opportunities within the advisory portfolio.
Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of global real estate trends and local regulatory shifts to provide clients with a competitive edge in the Nigerian market.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education & Experience
Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in real estate valuation or investment.
Market Knowledge: A solid, demonstrated understanding of the Lagos real estate market.
Professional Affiliation: Membership in the Nigerian Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV) is a significant advantage.
Technical & Professional Skills
Analytical Prowess: Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
Sales Acumen: Proven ability to manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closing in a B2B or high-end B2C environment.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for presenting sophisticated investment insights.
