Job Description:

  • We are looking for a proactive and results-driven professional to lead client acquisition, relationship management, and sales operations for our group of companies’ technology advancement, Fintech, and revenue enhancement solutions.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for driving customer engagement, maintaining strategic accounts, identifying business opportunities, and supporting revenue growth initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales and customer acquisition for Alphabeta products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, corporate organizations, and strategic clients.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closure.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and proposal engagements.
  • Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation initiatives and campaigns.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling across existing accounts.
  • Supervise and support relationship officers or sales support staff where applicable.

Requirements:

Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related field.

 

Experience:

  • 5–8 years of experience in sales, relationship management, business development, or account management.
  • Experience in Fintech, enterprise technology, SaaS, banking, or public sector solutions is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Good understanding of CRM tools and client relationship management practices.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation abilities
