Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities while managing existing client relationships and deliver tailored travel solutions.
- Drive corporate partnerships and develop B2B and B2C sales strategies.
- Analyze market trends and customers need to tailor travel solutions.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the travel or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of travel services, including business and leisure travel.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
