Job Description:

NeGxy Travels is seeking a sharp, knowledgeable Travel Consultant to help clients plan and execute perfect travel itineraries—from family vacations to romantic getaways. The ideal candidate has a passion for travel, understands the logistics of international tourism, and possesses the communication skills to translate client requests into seamless, real-world travel packages.

Requirements:

• Client Consultation & Advisory:

  • Manage enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and in-person meetings.

  • Assess client travel needs and recommend destination-specific packages.

  • Provide accurate, up-to-date information on visa requirements, travel guidelines, and industry trends.

  • Build and maintain relationships with hotels, tour vendors, and ticketing companies.

• Visa Processing & Documentation:

  • Assist clients in preparing and submitting visa applications.

  • Review all documentation for accuracy and completeness.

  • Prepare clients for embassy interviews.

• Bookings, Reservations & Sales:

  • Coordinate tour arrangements and confirm travel details.

  • Manage payments, follow-ups, and final confirmations.

  • Promote special offers to convert enquiries into paying clients and meet assigned sales targets.

• Customer Relationship Management:

  • Maintain strong client relationships through pre- and post-travel follow-ups.

  • Resolve complaints and issues professionally.

  • Manage detailed client records and reports.

• Compliance:

  • Adhere to company policies, protect client confidentiality, and represent NeGxy Travels professionally.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality, International Relations, or a related field.

• Experience: 3–5 years of travel agency or corporate travel experience.

• Visa Expertise: Strong knowledge of visa application procedures for major regions (UK, USA, Canada, Schengen).

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in GDS booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre) and familiarity with CRM tools.

• Communication & Sales: Strong sales aptitude, excellent time management, and organizational planning skills.

• Industry Knowledge: Deep familiarity with travel trends, popular destinations, and current domestic/international travel restrictions.
