Job Description:

We are seeking high-velocity and structurally elite Engineering Graduate Trainees to anchor the future technical leadership engine of Transnet Cloud. In a specialized infrastructure landscape, where institutional momentum is dictated by the speed of the deployment and the precision of the engineering solution—success is defined by "Technical Sovereignty", the ability to harmonize academic theory with the clinical precision required for Design, Testing, and Technical Reporting. This role is designed for an "Innovation Architect"—specifically a First Class or 2:1 Engineering graduate who can blend "Analytical Grit" (conducting research and data analysis) with the "Strategic Agility" required to support senior engineers on high-impact projects in Lagos and Abuja.

Requirements:

1. Orchestration & Design Governance

• Solution Sovereignty: Assist in the design and development of engineering solutions with millimetric focus, acting as the primary "Source of Technical Innovation."

• Project Architecture: Support senior engineers in executing complex technical projects, providing the "Structural Foundation" for infrastructure excellence.

• Integrity Stewardship: Ensure strict compliance with company standards and safety regulations, ensuring the "Source of Operational Safety" is elite and uncompromised.

2. Tactical Resilience & Analytical Logic

• Data Sovereignty: Conduct research and rigorous data analysis to inform project directions, acting as the primary "Source of Evidence-Based Engineering."

• Reporting Architecture: Prepare high-fidelity technical reports and documentation, providing the "Functional Foundation" for executive and technical reviews.

• Implementation Stewardship: Participate in the testing and deployment of systems, maintaining the "Source of Deployment Fidelity."

3. Operational Integrity & Collaboration Power

• Cross-Functional Sovereignty: Collaborate with diverse teams to achieve project goals, acting as the primary "Source of Inter-Departmental Synergy."

Qualifications and Skills:

Professional Profile

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, Computer, etc.).

• Academic Merit: Minimum of First Class or Second Class Upper Division (2:1).

• Experience: 0 – 2 years of relevant experience (NYSC completed).

• Technical Power: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic engineering software/tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, or relevant cloud tools).
