Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Training Manager to lead our learning and development function. In this pivotal role, you will be the architect of our growth culture, responsible for designing and implementing high-impact training strategies that align with our overarching organizational goals. You will move beyond traditional "instruction" to build a comprehensive ecosystem of continuous improvement, talent development, and organizational learning.

The ideal candidate is a strategic leader who understands that effective training is the bridge between current employee performance and future business success.

Requirements:

Strategic Planning & Needs Assessment

  • Strategy Development: Formulate and execute a robust training and development strategy that directly supports the company’s long-term objectives.

  • Gap Analysis: Conduct thorough needs assessments, performance evaluations, and stakeholder consultations to identify critical skills gaps and training priorities.

  • Budget & Logistics: Manage the training budget, resources, and logistics to ensure every program is delivered efficiently and offers maximum return on investment (ROI).

Program Design & Delivery

  • Instructional Design: Oversee the creation of engaging training materials, presentations, and digital resources rooted in adult learning theory.

  • Multimodal Delivery: Lead and facilitate workshops, classroom sessions, and e-learning initiatives, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all participants.

  • Annual Planning: Maintain a dynamic annual training calendar, coordinating closely with department heads to ensure learning initiatives do not disrupt but rather enhance business priorities.

Evaluation & Continuous Improvement

  • Impact Measurement: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and training metrics to measure the tangible impact of learning outcomes.

  • Quality Control: Monitor training delivery effectiveness through surveys and assessments, making real-time adjustments to improve results.

  • Mentorship: Provide coaching and professional support to internal trainers and facilitators to elevate the standard of instruction across the firm.

Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Talent Growth: Partner with HR and department managers to identify high-potential talent and design career growth pathways.

  • Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging learning technologies (LMS) to keep the organization’s training function modern and competitive.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or a related field.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Training Manager or in a senior corporate training role.

    • A demonstrable track record of designing, implementing, and scaling successful training programs.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Deep knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theory.

    • Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other educational technology platforms.

    • Advanced project management skills for handling multiple complex initiatives simultaneously.
