Job Description:

• We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Training Coordinator to join our team.
• The Training Coordinator will support the delivery of training programs by managing logistics, external facilitators, and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate training logistics (venue, equipment, materials, etc.)
• Manage external facilitators (onboarding, scheduling, payments, etc.)
• Liaise with partners and clients on training arrangements
• Manage trainee registrations, confirmations, and communications
• Prepare and distribute training materials (manuals, certificates, etc.)
• Ensure training facilities are set up and equipped
• Track and report on training attendance and feedbackProvide administrative support to the training team

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field
• 3 - 5 years of experience in training coordination or related field
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and basic tech tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail.

Preferred:

• Experience in IT or tech training
• Knowledge of Nigerian education and training landscape
• Certification in training coordination or project management
