Job Description:

• They are seeking highly motivated and analytical graduates to join its team as Tracker Graduate Trainees.
• This opportunity is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to build a career in operations, data analysis, logistics, and business performance.
• Successful candidates should possess strong numerical and analytical skills, be proficient in Microsoft Excel, and have a willingness to learn in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and track operational data to support business performance.
• Prepare and update reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Analyze data and identify trends to improve operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's  Degree or HND in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or any closely related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
