We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- We are looking for candidates with strong integrity, attention to detail, and a passion for excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Process cash deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan repayments accurately
- Balance cash transactions and maintain proper records daily
- Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and internal control procedures
- Attend to customer inquiries and provide basic product information
- Identify and report suspicious transactions
- Maintain a clean and organized teller station
- Support general branch operations as required
Requirements:
- OND, HND, or Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role (microfinance or banking experience preferred)
- Strong numerical and cash-handling skills
- High level of integrity and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
