Job Description:
- The Teller / Cashier is responsible for processing customer transactions, managing cash handling, and providing exceptional customer service.
- This role is key to maintaining the bank’s cash operations and ensuring a positive banking experience for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Process deposits, withdrawals, and other cash transactions accurately.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and report discrepancies.
- Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries professionally.
- Adhere to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in reconciling daily cash and preparing reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 1 - 3 years’ experience in teller or cashier roles.
- Experience in microfinance or retail banking is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software.

Salary
