We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

  • The Teller / Cashier is responsible for processing customer transactions, managing cash handling, and providing exceptional customer service.
  • This role is key to maintaining the bank’s cash operations and ensuring a positive banking experience for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process deposits, withdrawals, and other cash transactions accurately.
  • Maintain a balanced cash drawer and report discrepancies.
  • Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries professionally.
  • Adhere to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in reconciling daily cash and preparing reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • 1 - 3 years’ experience in teller or cashier roles.
  • Experience in microfinance or retail banking is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking software.

Salary

N250,000 monthly Net
