Job Description:
We are seeking a high-energy and result-oriented Telesales Personnel to serve as the voice of our brand in Port Harcourt. In a competitive market, every phone call is a window of opportunity, requiring a professional who can blend persuasion with empathy to drive conversions. This role is designed for an "Energetic Growth Driver", a fresh graduate with 1–2 years of experience who can manage high-volume inbound sales while maintaining premium customer care standards.
Your mission is to turn inquiries into loyal partnerships. You will be responsible for the entire sales conversation lifecycle: from capturing inbound interest and providing technical product education to closing sales and hitting aggressive growth targets. If you possess a "Never-Say-Die" attitude and the professional grit to work a full Monday to Saturday schedule (including public holidays), we want you to join our team in Rivers State.
Requirements:
1. Inbound Conversion & Revenue Architecture
Inbound Sales Mastery: Handle incoming calls to pitch and sell products and services, ensuring a high lead-to-customer conversion rate.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed set sales quotas through proactive product positioning and persuasive closing techniques.
Timeous Response: Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring all questions are answered accurately and without delay.
2. Customer Advocacy & Relationship Building
Engagement Excellence: Maintain high levels of customer engagement, moving beyond transactional selling to build long-term brand loyalty.
Problem-Solving Support: Provide comprehensive customer care services, resolving concerns during the sales process to ensure a seamless buying experience.
Strategic Follow-up: Develop a systematic approach to relationship building, ensuring customers feel valued and supported after the initial sale.
3. Operational Discipline & Market Presence
High-Volume Capability: Manage a demanding work schedule from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Monday – Saturday), demonstrating stamina and commitment to organizational goals.
Local Market Navigation: Utilize your knowledge of the Port Harcourt business axis to connect effectively with local customers and understand regional preferences.
Qualifications and Skills:
Professional Profile
Education: Open to fresh graduates (B.Sc / HND / OND) with a strong desire to build a career in professional sales.
Experience: 1 – 2 years of working experience as a Sales Representative or in a customer-facing role.
Location: Candidates must reside within the Port Harcourt axis of Rivers State for easy commute.
