Job Description:

We are seeking sharp, persuasive, and experienced Female Telesales Executives to join our high-performing sales team. This role is focused on lead conversion and high-touch customer management. Unlike traditional cold calling, you will be following up on warm leads generated by our marketing team to finalize orders and ensure successful deliveries.

The ideal candidate is a "closer" who can balance aggressive sales techniques with exceptional customer care, turning inquiries into confirmed sales and repeat customers.

Requirements:

Lead Conversion & Sales Closing

  • Outbound Follow-up: Call potential customers from a pre-qualified list of leads to finalize pending orders and secure commitments.

  • Persuasive Communication: Use professional and convincing dialogue to encourage "on-the-fence" leads to proceed with their purchases daily.

  • Objection Handling: Address customer hesitations effectively, providing clarity and confidence to ensure order completion.

Customer Care & Account Management

  • Information Hub: Inform leads about delivery timelines, shipping procedures, and provide detailed answers to any product-related inquiries.

  • Issue Resolution: Professionally attend to and resolve customer queries or complaints as they arise, ensuring a smooth path to purchase.

  • Retention Strategy: Manage customer relationships with a focus on creating a "happy customer experience" to drive repeated patronage and brand loyalty.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Feedback Loop: Liaise with the marketing team regarding lead quality and customer feedback to optimize the sales funnel.

  • Order Tracking: Monitor the status of orders from the initial phone confirmation through to successful delivery.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or a related discipline.

    • Must have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) program.

  • Experience:

    • At least 2 years of proven experience in a core sales role, preferably in telesales or telemarketing.

  • Core Competencies:

    • Persuasion: A natural ability to hold engaging conversations and convince customers to take action.

    • Professionalism: High-level customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult queries calmly.

    • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using phone systems and basic lead management software.

Salary

₦150,000 - ₦200,000/month
