We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Engineer to join our team.
• This role combines technical expertise in oilfield fishing services with a strong ability to drive business growth.
• You will be responsible for building and managing client relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions that meet customer needs while supporting our company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and convert sales opportunities to drive revenue growth and market share.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with customers through regular engagement and account management.
• Apply technical knowledge of fishing tools and services to recommend effective solutions.
• Stay up to date on competitor products, pricing, and market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales Support, Operations, Finance) to deliver seamless customer solutions.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, including customer profiles, opportunity pipeline, and visit reports.
• Provide accurate forecasts on sales activities and revenue performance.
• Support receivables management and contract lifecycle management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum of 6 years experience in technical sales or operations within the oil & gas industry, with a strong focus on fishing services.
• MBA or professional sales certification is an advantage.
• Strong technical knowledge of fishing tools, downhole services, and well intervention.
• Proven sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and industry-specific software.
