We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• As the Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of interior design and construction projects.
• From planning and procurement to execution and installation, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, communicate with clients, and ensure projects meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement detailed project plans including scope, budget, timeline, and resources.
• Oversee all phases of project execution – design, procurement, construction, and installation.
• Ensure quality control through regular inspections and corrective actions.
• Manage budgets and ensure financial adherence across projects.
• Coordinate with vendors and negotiate cost-effective deals.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring regular communication and satisfaction.
• Lead and motivate project teams for optimal performance and collaboration.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and prepare timely status reports.
• Carry out other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5-7 years' experience in project management within the construction or furniture manufacturing industry.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or any recognized project management certification.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong knowledge of project management principles and software tools.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
• Team player with ability to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
