Job Description:
- As the Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of interior design and construction projects.
- From planning and procurement to execution and installation, you will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, communicate with clients, and ensure projects meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement detailed project plans including scope, budget, timeline, and resources.
- Oversee all phases of project execution – design, procurement, construction, and installation.
- Ensure quality control through regular inspections and corrective actions.
- Manage budgets and ensure financial adherence across projects.
- Coordinate with vendors and negotiate cost-effective deals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring regular communication and satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate project teams for optimal performance and collaboration.
- Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation and prepare timely status reports.
- Carry out other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5-7 years' experience in project management within the construction or furniture manufacturing industry.
- PMP, PRINCE2 or any recognized project management certification.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and software tools.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management abilities.
- Team player with ability to work independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary
