Our primary products include Petrol (PMS), Diesel (AGO), Kerosene (DPK), Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG), and Lubricants.
We are recruiting to fill the positions below:
Job Description:
Oversee and manage the sales of petroleum products, ensuring targets are met and operations run efficiently.
Drive strategic planning and lead the annual budgeting process for the sales function.
Allocate sales resources effectively to maximize performance and market coverage.
Supervise daily sales activities, providing guidance and support to the sales team.
Set and communicate clear performance targets while monitoring and analyzing sales reports.
Track customer feedback, address concerns promptly, and escalate critical issues as needed.
Deliver regular reports and insights on sales performance to senior management.
Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service across all sales operations.
Requirements:
- A B.Sc. or OND in Social Sciences, Management, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or a related discipline is required.
- Candidates must have a minimum of 9 years of experience in the Oil & Gas or a related industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial position, preferably within the marketing or operations unit of an organization in the sector.
