Job Description:

• As the Team Lead, Cards Technology & Systems, you will oversee the operations and management of the card technology systems within UBA Group.
• Your responsibilities will include managing card issuance, troubleshooting system-related issues, ensuring compliance with regulatory and security standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement technological enhancements.
• You will also be responsible for guiding and mentoring the team to ensure optimal performance.
• This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required
• Experience in the financial services or payments industry is a significant advantage.
• Strong understanding of card technology systems, card issuance processes, and payment solutions
• Hands-on experience with technology troubleshooting, systems maintenance, and issue resolution
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance and security standards applicable to card payment systems
• Proficiency in team leadership, mentoring, and managing collaborative teams
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical challenges
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
