Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly competent Tax Associate to join our team.
- The ideal candidate must have proven experience working in an audit or accounting firm and strong knowledge of tax compliance, preparation, and advisory services.
- You will play a critical role in ensuring accurate tax filings, maintaining compliance, and providing proactive tax solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and file corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns accurately and on time.
- Review financial statements, income, and expenditure records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct tax research, support tax audits, and resolve complex tax issues.
- Advise clients on tax planning, employee benefits, compensation structures, and accounting systems.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client tax records and documentation.
- Respond to client inquiries promptly, providing excellent client support.
- Ensure strict compliance with statutory and regulatory tax requirements.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in tax software and accounting applications.
- ICAN certification or ICAN-in-view is a strong advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an audit or accounting firm (mandatory).
- Proven experience in tax preparation, planning, and compliance.
Salary
