We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Talent Officer to play a pivotal role in identifying, developing, and retaining top-tier talent within our organization. In this position, you will be the engine behind our leadership pipeline, ensuring that we not only have the right people in the right roles today but that we are actively preparing the leaders of tomorrow.

Requirements:
Talent Identification & Succession Planning
Workforce Capability: Identify critical roles across the organization and assess talent readiness levels in close collaboration with HR Business Partners and department heads.
Succession Architecture: Coordinate succession planning initiatives for critical roles across branches and corporate functions, ensuring leadership continuity with clear development plans.
Database Management: Build and maintain a robust talent database that tracks high-potential employees, leadership readiness, and development needs.
Development & Career Progression
High-Potential Programs: Design and implement tailored development programs to accelerate the leadership readiness of high-potential employees.
Talent Mobility: Coordinate mentorship, coaching, and career development initiatives to strengthen internal talent mobility.
Promotion Strategy: Support internal promotion strategies by ensuring employees are adequately trained, prepared, and ready for higher responsibilities.
Retention & Engagement
Retention Strategy: Monitor retention trends for critical roles and high-performing segments. Partner with HR Business Partners to design and execute targeted retention initiatives.
Culture Building: Support initiatives that increase career visibility, engagement, and professional development opportunities across the bank.
Talent Data & Strategic Insights
Workforce Analytics: Maintain talent management data—including reviews and readiness assessments—and provide actionable insights to HR leadership and senior management to support strategic decision-making.
Reporting: Track key talent metrics such as internal mobility, succession readiness, and retention rates to evaluate the health of our workforce.
Strategic Collaboration
Cross-Functional Alignment: Work closely with HR Business Partners to align talent management initiatives with business needs across various branches and departments.
Process Integration: Ensure talent management processes are seamlessly integrated with recruitment, Learning & Development (L&D), and performance management systems.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 5–7 years of proven experience in talent management, succession planning, or HR strategy.
Strategic Mindset: Ability to understand long-term workforce strategy and align day-to-day initiatives with business goals.
Analytical Skills: Proficiency in talent analytics; you are comfortable using data to influence decision-making and track progress.
Soft Skills:
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong ability to influence senior management and collaborate across departments.
Highly organized with the ability to manage complex talent databases.
