Job Description:

Concepp Group is seeking a high-caliber Talent Acquisition Executive specializing in executive search to lead critical leadership appointments. This is not a high-volume recruitment role; it is a strategic, headhunting-focused position requiring a professional who can navigate the nuances of C-suite engagement. You will work directly with top management to identify and secure the visionary leaders who will drive our next phase of growth.

The successful candidate must be a master of the "hunt" someone who can engage passive talent and manage high-stakes negotiations with discretion and precision.

Requirements:

Executive Search & Headhunting

  • Strategic Sourcing: Lead full-cycle executive search processes, moving beyond traditional job postings to identify elite talent.

  • Passive Engagement: Proactively headhunt and engage high-caliber, passive candidates currently in leadership roles.

  • Pipeline Engineering: Build and maintain an "always-on" pipeline of executive talent across Fintech, Infrastructure, and Trade sectors.

Assessment & Stakeholder Management

  • Rigorous Screening: Conduct structured, senior-level assessments to evaluate leadership competencies, cultural fit, and strategic alignment.

  • Leadership Liaison: Act as a strategic partner to top management, providing weekly data-driven progress updates and market insights.

  • Candidate Experience: Manage the end-to-end candidate journey with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.

Offer Management & Closing

  • Negotiation: Lead complex offer negotiations, ensuring alignment between candidate expectations and company budget/structure.

  • Closure: Ensure high offer-acceptance rates through proactive relationship management and clear communication.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: * 5+ years of dedicated Talent Acquisition experience.

    • A documented track record of successful C-suite or Director-level placements.

  • Industry Knowledge: * A robust professional network within the Fintech, Infrastructure, or Trade sectors.

  • Technical Proficiency: * Expert-level mastery of LinkedIn Recruiter, advanced Boolean search techniques, and modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

  • Certification: * Professional certification such as CIPM, SHRM, PHR, or an equivalent international body.

  • Core Competencies:

    • Stakeholder Mastery: Ability to influence and advise top-level management.

    • Resilience: Proven ability to deliver under intense pressure with minimal supervision.

    • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills suitable for executive-level interaction.

Salary

₦550,000 – ₦700,000 Net
