Job Description:

We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Outlet Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our retail outlet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery, leading a high-performing team, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Requirements:

• Operations & Leadership: Supervise and lead the outlet team to ensure efficient daily operations and consistent workflow.

• Sales Performance: Monitor daily sales targets, drive performance, and implement strategies to meet outlet objectives.

• Quality & Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations. Monitor product quality, portion control, and consistency for all menu items (specifically smoothies).

• Inventory Control: Manage stock levels, perform accurate stock-taking, and implement effective inventory management practices to minimize waste.

• Reporting: Prepare and submit detailed weekly and monthly operational reports to management.

• Customer Experience: Champion a customer-first environment, ensuring high levels of service and handling customer feedback professionally.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Minimum of an OND, HND, or BSc in any relevant discipline.

• Experience: 1–2 years of proven supervisory experience, preferably within a food retail or quick-service restaurant (QSR) environment.

• Leadership: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and mentor team members.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and data management.

• Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
