Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Structural Engineer to join our technical team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our construction projects, ensuring that every structure we build is not only aesthetically functional but also safe, stable, and durable. You will lead the structural design process, translate complex calculations into actionable drawings, and maintain a rigorous presence on-site to ensure the highest standards of engineering excellence. Requirements:

• Design & Analysis: Create robust structural designs and perform rigorous analysis for a wide range of residential, commercial, and industrial projects.

• Documentation & Specs: Prepare detailed structural drawings, specifications, technical calculations, and professional engineering reports.

• Site Supervision & Quality Control: Conduct site inspections to ensure construction activities align strictly with approved designs. Oversee contractors to guarantee compliance with building codes and quality standards.

• Modification & Repair: Evaluate existing structures to identify weaknesses and provide sound technical recommendations for repairs, modifications, or reinforcements.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Partner effectively with architects, quantity surveyors, and project managers to streamline project execution.

• Project Governance: Monitor project progress, manage technical submissions, and participate in critical risk assessment, planning, and budgeting sessions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree (B.Eng. / B.Sc.) in Civil or Structural Engineering.

• Certification: Professional registration with the Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN) is a significant advantage.

• Experience: 4–10 years of relevant experience in structural design and site construction supervision, with a proven track record in residential, commercial, or infrastructure projects.

• Technical Proficiency: Demonstrable expertise in structural analysis software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETABS, STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, Revit, Rendering).
