We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Description:
- Supervise and coordinate daily store operations.
- Lead, train, and motivate store staff to achieve sales targets.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid stock-outs.
- Oversee inventory management, stock counts, and loss prevention.
- Ensure proper product display and merchandising standards.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales and performance reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in retail/store supervision.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic inventory systems.
- Must reside in or around Ajah.
Salary
