Job Description:
As our customer traffic continues to grow, we are seeking a competent and motivated Store Manager / Supervisor to lead our supermarket team. In this role, you will be the operational heartbeat of the store, ensuring that every shift runs smoothly from opening to closing. You will balance high-level inventory management and sales strategy with hands-on floor supervision to deliver a world-class shopping experience for our customers.
The ideal candidate is a disciplined leader who can manage a diverse team under pressure while maintaining the highest standards of store aesthetics and operational integrity.
Requirements:
Operational Leadership & Floor Management
End-to-End Oversight: Manage the full spectrum of supermarket operations, ensuring the store is mission-ready from opening to closing.
Team Supervision: Lead, train, and mentor staff to maintain high performance and professional conduct on the floor.
Store Environment: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing shopping environment that encourages customer dwell time and sales.
Inventory & Sales Performance
Stock Management: Monitor stock levels in real-time, coordinating with the inventory team to ensure timely restocking and minimize out-of-stock incidents.
Target Achievement: Implement localized sales strategies to meet and exceed daily and weekly revenue targets.
Reporting: Prepare detailed daily and weekly reports for management, highlighting sales trends, stock movements, and operational challenges.
Customer Service & Compliance
Escalation Handling: Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally to ensure 100% satisfaction.
Safety & Standards: Strictly enforce company policies, health and safety regulations, and operational standards across all departments.
Loss Prevention: Implement measures to reduce shrinkage and ensure the security of store assets.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Minimum of OND, HND, or B.Sc. in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Experience: * 2–3 years of proven experience as a Store Manager, Supervisor, or Team Lead.
Prior experience in a supermarket or high-volume retail environment is strongly preferred.

Problem Solving: Ability to work under pressure and resolve floor issues quickly and effectively.
Integrity: Must be honest, reliable, and deeply committed to the brand's growth.
Location: Strict Requirement: Must be a resident of Ikorodu or be genuinely willing to relocate to the area.
