We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Description:

• Lead and oversee all spa operations to ensure exceptional customer experience.
• Drive revenue through upselling, promotions, and events.
• Manage spa team performance and development.
• Plan and execute marketing initiatives to attract high-value clients.
• Maintain operational efficiency and target achievement.

Requirements:

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 3 years in spa or wellness management.
• Strong leadership, marketing, and client relationship skills.
• Proven record of achieving revenue targets.
• Knowledge of beauty and wellness products/services.
• Preferably female.
